Photographer: Sarah GanWith an impressive field of 112 participants, the OPA Annual Golf Tournament 2025, held to celebrate the 99th Anniversary of the Old Paulians' Association concluded successfully yesterday. As we look forward to our centennial celebration next year, it is important to remember that this event has been a proud tradition for over 50 years, fostering fellowship and camaraderie within the Paulian community. Despite some minor challenges, such as the condition of the golf buggies and a drizzle amid threatening weather conditions, everyone's spirits soared with great camaraderie on and off the course. After all, OPA Golf is not so much about celebrating winners but more about fellowship, camaraderie, and honoring the Paulian spirit.
Our deepest appreciation and thanks to all our sponsors, donors, and everyone who contributed in one way or another, for without them we would not have come this far. Special thanks to Mr. Stephen Loo for his support over the years, and congratulations to the winners of the respective categories. While not everyone took home trophies, the true prize is the unforgettable fellowship and joy shared among friends old and new.
To mark the significant milestone of OPA 100th anniversary, we have exciting plans for next year's tournament with more prizes, more thrilling competition, more delightful surprises which is going to include a series of Hole in One prizes. So, keep your eyes on the ball and stay tuned for OPA 100th Anniversary Golf 2026 which is going to be an unforgettable event.
